You can find us over at Mahda Colony in Viman Nagar. The address is Hn 9, 228/5, and we’ve been here in Pune for quite a while now. This is a Housing Society office, so most of what we do is just managing the daily needs of the residents and looking after the buildings. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but there is always something that needs fixing or a bill that needs to be sorted out. Viman Nagar is a nice part of town, and our little corner in Mahda Colony stays pretty busy with families and kids running around. We keep a small office where the committee members or the staff sit to handle the accounts and take complaints about leaks or parking issues. It’s very much a local affair. We don’t have a big PR team or anything like that. If there’s a problem, someone just walks over and tells us. We write it down in the book and try to get it sorted. Sometimes it takes a little longer than people like, but we do our best with what we have. It’s a very human way of running things. We know almost everyone who lives here by their first name. It feels like a small village inside the bigger city of Pune. We’ve seen the trees grow up around these buildings over the years. Our goal is just to keep the place decent for everyone living here so they can enjoy their homes.
