Radika Constructions

Radika Constructions is based in Pune, specifically over in the Durrani Complex at Kondhwa Khurd. Our office is at E/ 8, and it’s a place where we do most of our planning and paperwork. If you’ve ever been to this part of Pune, you know it can get pretty busy with all the shops and people moving around. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s mostly just a few rooms filled with stacks of drawings, some old computers, and a coffee machine that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. We usually start the day pretty early before the sun gets too hot. A lot of our time is spent talking to workers or dealing with suppliers on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there is construction happening nearby, but we are used to it by now. We don't really have a big team, just a handful of us who know how to get things done. We keep things pretty straightforward here without any big corporate talk. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when it’s finished. It’s a decent place to work, and being in the complex makes it easy for people to find us. We mostly just stick to our routine and try to keep things moving along smoothly.
