Our office is located at F-21 in Silver Apt-1, which is in Sasananagar, Hadapsar. Pune is a big city, and 411028 is a busy area to be in, but we’ve made a good spot for ourselves here. Radiant Energy System Pvt.Ltd. isn’t a massive industrial plant with thousands of workers. We are a smaller team operating out of an apartment-style office, which actually works out quite well for us. It keeps things quiet and focused. We spend our time looking at energy systems and figuring out technical details. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it’s what we know how to do. The neighborhood of Sasananagar is always active, so there is plenty of life around us. We don't use big words or fancy slogans to talk about our work. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get them right. Some people might find it odd that we work out of an apartment complex, but it’s a practical choice that lets us keep our costs down and stay focused. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine going. Most days start with some tea and a look at the schedule. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune; we just want to do our jobs properly and keep things moving. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in Hadapsar. That's really it.
