Our office is up on the sixth floor of Nirmittee Heights, specifically rooms 625 and 626. It’s in the Shivaji Nagar area, which is always packed with cars and people. We do hospitality work, which basically means we manage the food and the staying arrangements for different places. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. Bhamurda Phulwachi Wadi is a bit of a mouthful to say, but that’s the local spot. The building is quite tall for this part of town, and we have a decent view of the Deccan area if you stand by the window in the back office. We have a small team here. Most of the day is spent coordinating with the staff at the different sites we look after. It’s not like a restaurant where you see the customers eating. We are more behind the scenes, making sure the supplies arrive and the rooms are ready. Shivaji Nagar is a good place to be based because it’s central, but finding parking for the staff is a daily struggle. We’ve been in this office for a few years now. The walls are covered in calendars and old schedules. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't go for anything too corporate; we just try to get the work done without too many mistakes. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb to the sixth floor.
