Rachana Construction

Rachana Construction is located at Vishal Complex, which is in Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar. Our office is C-1 on the ground floor. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find a lot of dust on the floor because we are always coming and going from different building sites. We spend more time in our boots than in office shoes. The desk is usually covered in blueprints and some samples of tiles or bricks we are looking at. It isn't a fancy setup. We have a couple of old chairs for visitors and a big calendar on the wall that we use to keep track of everything. Building things is messy and takes a lot of time, so we are often here late into the evening. We talk to contractors and workers all day long. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't behave, and we just have to figure out a way around it. That is just how the construction business works in Pune. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local rules and the people. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around, we just want to finish the job we started. Most of our weekends are spent checking on progress or ordering more sand and cement for the next week.
