Rachana Asso.Pune

Rachana Asso.Pune is based out of Sahawas Society in Karvenagar. Our office is at number 73, a building called Niramai. It is a fairly quiet residential area, which is nice because it lets us focus on the paperwork and drawings we have to handle. We have been in Pune 52 for quite some years now. Most mornings start with a lot of chai and looking over the schedules for the week. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a few desks and a lot of files piled up in the corners. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we need it, but we usually manage to get things sorted out. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone or meeting them right here at the desk to go over details. It is not the kind of place with a big glass front or a receptionist. It’s just us doing the work that needs doing. We know the Karvenagar streets pretty well by now. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up here, but we are still in the same spot. We mostly deal with the day-to-day tasks of running the association and making sure the documents are in order. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at screens or paper, but that is just how this kind of work goes. We keep it simple and try to stay organized.
