Rachana Associates

This branch of Rachana Associates is located in Rasta Peth, specifically at 311(B). We are very close to K.E.M. Hospital, which means the street outside is almost always crowded with people and ambulances. It’s a very busy part of Pune-11. Our office is in an older building, and you can really feel the history of the neighborhood when you walk in. The rooms have high ceilings but it still feels a bit tight because of all the cupboard space we need for our records. We have been working from this Rasta Peth location for a long time. The traffic noise is something you just get used to after a while. Most of our day is taken up with meetings and going over technical details. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. Usually, there is a lot of shouting across the room to ask where a certain file went or who has the stapler. It’s a hectic way to work, but it suits us just fine. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors because of where we are situated. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We don’t try to be something we aren’t. We just provide a space where the work can get done properly. If the tea man is late, we usually notice it more than anything else. That’s just life in a busy Pune office.
