Rachana Associates

We are Rachana Associates and you can find us at 131 Mayur Colony. Our office is right there on the IMCC Campus in Pune 29. Being near a college campus means there is always a lot of energy around, with students moving about and plenty of bikes parked everywhere. Our office is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have so many maps and project files taking up the table space. We spend our days looking at layouts and talking about how to get things built. It is a lot of back and forth with people. Sometimes we are out on the road checking things, and other times we are stuck here trying to finish a report before the day ends. The walls are covered in some old photos and a few charts that have been there for years. We don’t really bother with making the place look like a showroom. It’s a working office, so there are always half-empty tea cups and pens rolling around. We have grown used to the noise of the campus outside. It’s a good spot to be in, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture in this part of Mayur Colony. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to it. There’s always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a quick change.
