Our office at A-4 is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a busy area with the highway and the railway station nearby. You can always hear the sound of the city moving. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some cupboards full of papers, and a place to make some tea. We aren't big on the whole corporate polish. We are just a group of people at R. K. Lunkad Housing Corporation who know the Pune real estate scene from the ground up. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have work to do. Kasarwadi has changed a lot since we first arrived, with the new metro and all the flyovers. It’s a bit noisier now, but it’s home. We are just a local business trying to stay busy. If you visit us at Sarita Garden, you’ll see we are just normal folks. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just stay here and do our thing every day. It’s a solid place to work and we know the area very well.
