R D Americas Inc U S A In Chassis Dept

We are R D Americas Inc U S A but we work out of the Chassis Dept here in Akurdi. Our actual spot is in Lotus Plus, Flat 21 in Vivek Nagar. Pune 411035 is a busy industrial area, so we are right where the action is. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a small team working in a flat. It’s a bit cramped with all the drawings and technical manuals we keep around. We spend a lot of time looking at chassis parts and making sure the specs are right. It’s very detailed work. The floor is often covered in folders and some small metal parts we are inspecting. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's more of a workspace where we get our hands dirty occasionally. The building in Vivek Nagar is decent. We know the security guards and the other people who live in Lotus Plus. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed or there’s a problem with a design. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. The Akurdi area is full of workshops and factories, so there is always a hum of machinery in the distance. We don't really do marketing or sales pitches. We just focus on the engineering side of things and getting the technical parts right. It is hard work but we are used to it.
