R-Construction Pvt Ltd

Our office is over in Sahakar Nagar, right there on 3rd A Cross in the 2nd Block. We are up on the fourth floor, room 401, so there’s a bit of a climb if the power goes out, which happens more than you’d think. R-Construction Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporate firm with a glass building. We have blueprints rolled up in every corner and a lot of mud on the floor from people coming back from site visits. The walls have some scuffs from moving furniture around, and the coffee machine is the most important piece of equipment we own. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or arguing over the price of sand and cement. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the guys on site have what they need while we handle the boring stuff here in the office. We’ve been around Sahakar Nagar long enough that we know the local chai stall owners by name. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but it feels like home for the business. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to get the walls up straight. Sometimes things run late or a supplier lets us down, and then it’s a scramble to stay on track. That’s just the reality of building things in a city that never stops moving.
