Our place is a bit different because we are in a bungalow rather than a big office tower. It is Bungalow No 9 in Cluster-1 of Kumar City. This is in the Kalyani Nagar and Wadgaon Sheri area of Pune. Being in a bungalow makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate office. We have some green space around us and it is usually quite quiet. The address is S. No. 13B/1, and the pin code is 411014. We use the different rooms of the bungalow for our work. One room is for the files, another is where we sit with our laptops. It feels a bit like working from home but it is a proper office for our realty business. We spend a lot of time talking to people about homes in this part of Pune. Kalyani Nagar is a nice area, and we like being based here. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby shops for lunch. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a while. We don't really have a big sign outside, so people usually have to call us when they are at the gate. It is a practical setup for us. We don't need a lot of flashy things to do our jobs. Just a good phone connection and a place to sit. It works for what we do. We like the quiet vibe here, it helps us stay focused on the details.
