Quasars Real Estate Llp

We operate out of Ashwini Apartment, specifically in flat number eleven. It is located in the Bhujbal Baug area, right near Karve Nagar in Pune. Being so close to Manmohan makes it pretty easy for people to find our door. Quasars Real Estate Llp is a small operation. We do not have a big glass storefront or anything like that. It is just an apartment where we keep our files and meet people to talk. Pune is growing so fast, especially around Karve Nagar, so there is always a lot for us to keep track of. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons out meeting people at different sites. It is a lot of walking and driving around. Sometimes we are stuck in traffic on the way to a site, which is just how it goes in this city. We are not doing anything revolutionary. We are just helping folks find a place or sort out their property documents. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork involved in real estate. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under maps and contracts. It is just the way we work. People in the neighborhood know us. We have seen many families move in and out of the area over the years. It is a good community and we like being part of it. If you need someone who knows the Karve Nagar streets, that is us. We just do our job.
