Quantity Surveyor

We’re located at Sreeju Kulathingal House, which is in N K Thara, specifically in the Payyalore area. It’s right by the post office in Kollengode, Palakkad. Being in Kerala, we get a lot of rain, which is nice because it keeps the place green, though it can make the office a bit damp sometimes. We work as quantity surveyors right here in the house. It’s not a fancy commercial building with a lobby or a lift. It’s just a quiet place where we can focus on the construction costs and the math that goes into building things. Our pin code is 678 506. We spend most of the day looking at material lists and trying to make sure the budgets for these projects actually make sense. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important to get it right so nobody gets a surprise bill later. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and our computers. We don't really do any big advertising or have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people we’re here in Payyalore doing our surveying work. Sometimes the local kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We’ve been part of the community here for a while now. We just handle the estimates and the bills without any fuss. It’s a bit of a small operation, but we stay busy with the local projects and that keeps us going every day.
