Our office for Quadrile Management Services Pvt.Ltd. is on Nagar Road in Pune, specifically in the Vadgoansherri area. We are located in the "D" Building of Punyadham, up on the fifth floor in Flat No. 29. Being on the fifth floor means we are a bit away from the street noise of Nagar Road, which is one of the busiest roads in Pune. It’s a 411014 area. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen area where we keep the water and snacks. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits our style just fine. We have desks set up in the main rooms and a lot of shelves for all our folders. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. Most of our stuff is just functional. We spend the day talking to clients and sorting out management issues. The team here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need many formal rules. Pune can get quite hot, but being higher up helps with the breeze if we open the windows. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, check what needs doing, and stay until it’s finished. It’s an honest way to make a living and we like the neighborhood. There are plenty of places nearby to grab lunch, which is a nice bonus.
