Our place is at Plot No. 35 in the T-Block of Bhosari. Qua Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd has been operating out of this industrial area for a while now. We focus on water treatment stuff, mostly the membranes and filters that go into bigger systems. The shop floor is usually pretty busy and there’s always water being tested somewhere. It’s not a quiet place but we’re used to the hum of the machines. Bhosari is a tough place to work sometimes with all the dust and noise from the other factories nearby. We keep our heads down and focus on getting the assemblies right. Our team is a mix of people who have been here since the start and a few newer faces. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The desks are covered in technical drawings and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the breakroom. It’s a straightforward operation where we try to solve water problems for our clients. Sometimes things go wrong, a shipment gets delayed or a test fails, and we just deal with it. We aren't perfect but we try to be reliable. Being in T-Block means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s just how we work.
