Q4 Projects

Q4 Projects is based at Plot No-17 on the Main Road in Aundh. We are situated in Stellar Enclave, right across from the Reliance Mall and very close to Medipoint Hospital. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We work on various projects from this office. It is a decent-sized space, but we have a lot of files and plans laying around which makes it feel smaller than it is. Most of our time is spent looking at drawings or talking to people about schedules. We chose this spot because it is easy for everyone to find, especially with the mall right across the street. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for a long time and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just come in, do our work, and go home. There is a lot of coffee drinking and sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get the projects finished on time without too many headaches. Being in Aundh is great because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. It is just a regular office doing regular project work every day. We just try to keep things simple and get the job done right.
