Q3 Construction

You can find us over in Andheri West, right in the Gaon Devi Dongri neighborhood. We are tucked away in Nafis Manzil, specifically in Room 227 of the Mukram Khan Building on Cama Road. This part of Mumbai is always humming with people and cars, so there is never a dull moment outside the window. Q3 Construction is a small team, and this office is where we do all our planning and sorting out the details for the building projects. It's a bit of a climb up to the room, but we don't mind it. The building itself has been around for a while, and it has that old-school Mumbai feel to it. We have our desks set up with blueprints and some coffee mugs scattered around. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place where real work happens every day. Sometimes the rains make it a bit of a mess on Cama Road, but we still manage to get in and get things done. We like being in Andheri because everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who deliver the mail. It feels like a real community here. We just put in the hours and try to keep things moving forward without any fuss. It’s about getting the jobs sorted out and making sure the builders have what they need to stay busy on the various sites we manage.
