Out in Bhugaon, in Taluka Mulshi, we have our place at number 4. Pyramid Filters Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this location for quite some time. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which we actually prefer. The air is a little clearer here, though it gets dusty in the dry months. We make filters, which is a fairly straightforward but precise job. Our building is a simple structure that houses all our equipment. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We have a crew that knows their way around the machinery. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't need to talk much to get the work done. We see a lot of different types of filters go through here. Every day is about checking the materials and making sure the machines are running like they should. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or things like that. We just focus on making sure the filters we send out are what they’re supposed to be. It’s a quiet life out here in Mulshi. We open up early and head home when the sun starts to go down. It’s a good routine for us. Sometimes customers come out to see us, and we just show them what we’re working on right there on the floor. It’s all very transparent and basic. We like it this way because it keeps things simple.
