Our place is over in Magarpatta City, specifically at Flat 502 in the Daffodils building. If you know the area, Building E is pretty easy to spot among the rest. It’s a busy township, so there is always someone moving in or out. Working from a flat means things feel a bit more relaxed than a glass office building. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and the balcony gives us a view of the other towers and some of the green patches they keep up around here. The security guards at the gate know us by now since we’ve been here a good while. Sometimes the elevators in Building E take forever during the morning rush when everyone is heading out, but that is just part of living and working in a big complex like Magarpatta. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment tucked into the corners. It’s not a silent place, you can hear the kids playing downstairs or the traffic hum from the main Pune roads in the distance. We like it because it feels like a real neighborhood. We don’t have fancy signs or anything, just the name on the door. Most of our day is spent at these desks, dealing with whatever comes up. The light in the afternoon is quite bright, so we usually have to keep the curtains drawn to see our screens.
