Puranik Builders Pvt.Ltd operates out of Flat Number 14 in the Spurti Apartment building, which is located at Survey Number 2/3 in Dhankawadi, Pune. It’s a residential apartment, so our office has a very homey feel to it. You have to walk up the stairs and down the corridor to find us. It’s not your typical commercial space with big signs and glass doors. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea, and the main room is where all the desks are crammed in. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at once, but we manage just fine. From the balcony, you can see the rooftops of Dhankawadi and hear the general bustle of the city. We spend our time here looking over plans, checking figures, and keeping in touch with our site teams. It’s very practical work. We don't waste time on long meetings or corporate presentations. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs to be solved. Being in an apartment means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things relatively quiet. It’s a good spot for us because it’s central enough to get anywhere in Pune, but private enough that we can focus. We’ve been here long enough that the security guard knows all of us by name. It’s just a small, local team working out of a flat and doing our best.
