Way over in Thergaon, specifically in Samarth Colony within Ganesh Nagar, you’ll find our office at 427/2. This part of Pune is a bit quieter than the central areas, which we actually prefer. The office for Puranik Buildcon Pvt Ltd., Pune is located in a residential setting, so it feels very grounded and local. We don’t have a massive glass front or a shiny lobby. It’s just a ground-floor space where we’ve set up our computers and filing cabinets. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our daily snacks, and the people living around here are all very familiar now. On a typical day, we start around nine, open up the shutters, and start going through the mail and the to-do lists. It’s a simple routine. We deal with various aspects of the building trade and administration, mostly just keeping the paperwork in order. The atmosphere is relaxed; we don’t wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. If someone needs a break, they just step outside for some fresh air in the colony. It’s an honest way to work. We like being in Ganesh Nagar because it’s easy for us to reach and it isn't as stressful as being downtown. We just focus on our projects, talk to our visitors, and make sure everything is accounted for by the end of the shift. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood where we try to stay organized.
