Purandar Autism Caregivers Foundation is located in Flat No. A-5 at Amruta Society. You can find us in Sadashiv Peth, which is a very old and busy part of Pune. Our address is 1346 Sadashiv Peth on Kamlabai Bhar Road. It is not a big office, just a regular flat where we manage things. We spend most of our time talking to families who have kids with autism. It is a tough job and we do not have any fancy corporate setups. There are just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk. The road outside is always crowded with traffic and people going to the markets nearby. If you are looking for us, look for the society gate on Kamlabai Bhar Road. We have been here for a while now and most people in the building know us. We do not do big advertisements. Most of our work is just one-on-one help and organizing small support groups. Sometimes the flat gets a bit noisy when we have several people visiting at once. It feels like a home because it actually is a flat. We think that makes people feel more comfortable when they come to see us. Life with autism is hard enough without having to go to a cold hospital or a stiff office. We just stay here and do the daily work of helping caregivers find their way. It is a simple place for serious work.
