We are located at Unit No. 25 in the Electronic Co-operative Estate, taking up both the ground and the first floor. It’s a bit of an older industrial area, but it works for what we do with control drives. Having the two floors helps us keep the heavier stuff downstairs while the paperwork and design bits happen upstairs. The stairs are narrow, so we have to be careful when moving equipment around. It’s not a glitzy office, just a place where we focus on electronics and making sure motors run the way they should. There’s always someone working on a panel or testing a drive. The estate gets pretty crowded with delivery trucks in the morning, making parking a bit of a gamble. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we know the neighbors well. We usually grab tea from the same stall around the corner every afternoon. It’s a steady environment. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’d rather have better tools. Sometimes the power fluctuates in this part of town, which is annoying when you’re mid-test, but we manage. It’s a lot of hands-on work, getting grease on our shirts and figuring out why a drive isn’t responding. We just keep at it day after day, making sure the orders go out on time. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week without needing any fancy distractions.
