Prime Industries

Prime Industries has an office at 215, The Pentagon, which is right on the Pune-Satara Road. It is a big building, but finding our specific unit can take a minute if you haven’t been here before. We are near Hotel Pachami, which is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. The traffic on this road is honestly a nightmare most days, with all the buses and trucks heading out of Pune. Inside the office, it is a bit more organized than our actual production site, but it is still pretty lived-in. We have got stacks of files on the desks and a coffee machine that works about half the time. We do industrial work, so there is always someone coming in with a technical question or a part that needs looking at. The windows look out toward the highway, and you can hear the constant hum of cars all day long. We have been at this location for a few years now. It is convenient because it is a central spot for our suppliers to reach us, even if the parking garage is always full. We don’t really do the corporate thing here; we just show up, handle the orders, and try to keep things moving. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need many meetings or anything like that. We just know what needs doing.
