It’s a bit confusing because the name says Pune, but we are actually working out of Chakradharpur in Jharkhand. Our office is located in the Driver's Colony at Qr No-M3/8. It’s a humble spot, right in the heart of where many of the transport workers live. We handle logistics, which basically means we coordinate between the trucks and the people who need things moved. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on where drivers are. The area is quiet mostly, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years. We don’t have a big marketing department or any glossy brochures. Our work is just about making sure things get from one place to another without getting lost. Sometimes the roads around here get bad, especially when it rains a lot, and that makes the job harder. We just deal with those problems as they come up. The office isn’t much to look at, just a room with some files and a telephone that rings way too often. We don't use any fancy language to talk about what we do. We just work hard and try to stay organized. It’s practical work for people who understand the transport industry. Being in the Driver's Colony keeps us close to the action, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just do our bit to keep the logistics side of things running.
