Our office is located over in Pune, specifically in the Camp area which stays pretty busy most of the time. We are Propx Realtors Private Limited and we operate out of units 101 and 102 on the first floor of Gulmohar Apartment. Being on East Street means there is always something happening right outside the door. It is a good spot for us because people know this part of the city well. The building itself, Gulmohar Apartment, is an older style place but it works fine for what we need. We have those two rooms joined together so there is enough space for the team to sit without bumping into each other too much. We spend most of our hours here just going through listings and talking to people who walk in or call us up. Pune can be a bit frantic, but the Camp area has its own kind of rhythm that we have gotten used to over the years. We keep the office pretty straightforward with just the basic stuff we need to function. It is not one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in the newer parts of town, and we prefer it that way. It feels more like a local business should. We get our work done, handle the documents, and try to keep things organized. Usually, someone is always around if there is a question about a local property or a piece of land nearby.
