Our office for Propsafe Real Estate Management is over in Kothrud, specifically at S No.82/84 in Aashish Plaza. It’s right in the Shastri Nagar area, which is a busy part of the city. The plaza itself has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always people moving around. We are mostly focused on the daily grind of managing real estate, which involves a lot of coordination and even more paperwork. The office is a bit small, but we’ve made it work with some clever shelving. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they get the job done. Kothrud has a very specific feel to it, and we like being right in the middle of it. We often grab lunch from the small places nearby and talk about the latest property trends we’re seeing. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We’re just a small team trying to keep things organized for the people we work with. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. We don't spend much on decorating the place; we’d rather spend that time actually managing the properties we’re responsible for. It’s an honest, no-nonsense setup. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried under a pile of lease agreements or maintenance reports. That’s just a normal Tuesday for us at Aashish Plaza.
