Our office is tucked away in Kothrud, specifically at Richmand Terrace on Poud Road. It’s a nice spot in Right Bhusari Colony, and we’ve been here for a good while. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to business and property around this part of Pune. The office is on the second floor, room 201, and it's usually pretty busy with people coming in and out. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a straightforward operation where we deal with the tasks at hand. Kothrud is a great area, but it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know the survey numbers and plot layouts. We’ve spent years learning the ins and outs of the local streets, especially around Survey No. 98 and Plot 61. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for long. Between meeting clients at the plots and keeping up with the city rules, there’s always something to do. We try to keep things down to earth. If someone has a question about a property, we just give them the facts without any of the usual sales talk. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are long, but we like being part of the community here. We just focus on doing our jobs right and staying honest with everyone we meet. We share this space and keep it organized enough to find what we need when a client calls. It’s a humble place but it works well for us. We've seen Pune change, but our street stays the same.
