Propertywise Solutions Llp

Propertywise Solutions Llp is based out of Hadapsar, over in the Iris building. We are specifically located at E 1104, which is way up on the eleventh floor. The elevator in this building can be a little slow during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to be patient when we arrive. From our windows, we get a good look at how much Hadapsar is growing, with new buildings popping up all over the place. Our office is a quiet spot where we do a lot of our research and keep track of property listings. It is mostly just a bunch of desks pushed together and whiteboards covered in notes that only we really understand. We spend a lot of time on the computer or out at site visits, so the office is often just a home base for the team. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and someone will be there working. It’s a straightforward environment because we prefer to spend our energy on the actual work rather than making the office look like a showroom. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we usually have the blinds down while we work through the pile of folders on our desks. It’s a busy life here in Hadapsar, and we’re just a small part of it, doing our bit every day without much fuss or fanfare. We keep things simple because that's what works for us and the people we help.
