We've been over here in Vatva at the Shivaji Nagar GIDC area for a while now. Dealing with real estate stuff isn't always easy, especially when you're looking at space around unit 101, but that's what we do every day. Most people coming through the doors are just looking for a spot that works for their business or maybe a place to shift their gear. It gets pretty busy around this part of Ahmedabad, with all the industrial noise and people moving around constantly. We keep the office open and handle the paperwork that comes with buying or renting things in the area. It’s not a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and talk about what’s available on the market. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. Property work involves a lot of back and forth with different departments, and being right here in the GIDC makes it easier to just walk over and check on things. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If someone needs to know about a plot or a building nearby, we usually have an answer or at least know who to ask. It is mostly just about keeping things moving and making sure the documents are in order so nobody has a headache later on. That is how we spend our time, just working through the piles of papers.
