Property Protector Private Limited is located at Shrishikesh Apat, which is in the Hadapsar area of Pune. We have a shop space here, specifically B-14 at Sr 227/1A. Hadapsar is a very active part of the city with a lot of industrial and residential areas mixed together. Our shop is right there on the ground level so we see a lot of the local life passing by our front window. It’s a modest place where we keep all our property documents and records. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices, just a local business trying to help people take care of their properties. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road but we keep it as clean as we can. We spend most of our time out in the field checking on different sites or meeting with owners around Pune. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on the paperwork or have a quick tea break. It’s a straightforward job and we like the people we get to meet. The area around Shrishikesh Apat has a lot of small shops and it feels like a real community. We've been here for a while and most of the other shopkeepers know us by name now. It’s just regular work for regular people.
