Propbhk Realty Private Limited is located over in Ambegaon, Pune. We are in Flat 303 of the Dnynal Building, which sits right on Sinhagad Road. It is a busy road with a lot of traffic, but it keeps us connected to the rest of the city. We work out of this flat because it is convenient and it keeps our costs down. Most of our work involves helping people find apartments, and that is why we focus on that. We know the Sinhagad Road stretch very well. We spend a lot of time visiting different projects and talking to builders. It is a lot of back and forth. Some days are slow, and we just catch up on emails. Other days, we are on our feet from morning to night. Ambegaon has grown quite a bit recently, so there are always new buildings to look at. We do not try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a small team trying to help people navigate the housing market here. It can be confusing for a lot of folks, so we try to explain the steps clearly. We have lived and worked in this area for a while, so we know which parts are quiet and which are noisy. Our office is just a regular room with a couple of computers and some files. It is where we do the heavy lifting of checking documents and making sure everything is in order. We take things as they come.
