Prop Buying

Our office is over on Sinhagad Road, right in the 7th Block of the 3rd Stage. If you are looking for Prop Buying, you will find us at Ujwal House in Phase II of the Hosekarehalli area. It is a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside our window never really stops. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking through property listings. People come in all the time asking about flats or plots of land around here. We try to keep things simple because real estate can get really confusing with all the paperwork and legal talk. It is just a few of us working here, and we know the local streets and neighborhoods pretty well since we are here every day. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Sometimes we are out all afternoon showing houses, so the office might be locked for an hour or two. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people and help them figure out where they want to live. It is a lot of walking and a lot of talking on the phone. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to get around, but we still try to meet everyone who calls. We just do our work and try to be honest about what we see in the market.
