Promobi Properties Private Limited

We operate out of Flat No 303 in the Welworth Classic building. This is over in Wadgaonsheri, specifically on Plot Number 23, Survey Number 22/2. It’s a residential-style setup which we quite like because it feels more relaxed than a big office block. Promobi Properties Private Limited has been based here for a bit now. Wadgaonsheri is a growing area, but our street stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us sitting around desks. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks in the hallway, but it doesn't bother us much. We have files stacked on the shelves and a few plants that we try to keep alive near the balcony. It’s a functional space where we get things done. We don't have a receptionist, so if the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a nice enough stroll through the colony. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons going through documents. There’s nothing flashy about how we work. We just appreciate having a steady place to come to every morning. That’s really all there is to our setup here in Pune. It is a decent place to be.
