Project Manager

You can find me over at 17 Queens Garden in Pune. I am located at A-2, Shivnery, care of Sudam Kashinath Gayke. My name is Anand Sukhdeo Barhate, and I work here as a project manager. Queens Garden is a nice enough area, and the building is easy to spot once you get onto the right street. I’ve been doing project work in Pune for quite some time now. It’s a busy city, and there is always something going on that needs a bit of organization. My office is pretty simple. I don’t believe in having a lot of fancy furniture if it doesn't help get the job done. I spend most of my hours sitting at my desk, looking at spreadsheets and talking to contractors. It’s not a very loud place, which is how I like it. I need the quiet to keep all the project details straight in my head. People in Maharashtra know that things can get tricky with regulations and timing, so I try to stay ahead of all that. I don't have a big marketing team or anything. I just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. Most of my clients are people who just need someone they can talk to directly. I don't like using corporate jargon. I just explain things as they are. If you are in the 411001 area, that is where I am. Just a regular guy doing project management work every day.
