Production Assistant Manager

I work as an assistant manager for production here in Chennai. The office is at No. 13/4, on the 3rd Main Road in Palaniappa Nagar. That’s in the Pudur area of Ambattur. It’s a busy industrial part of the city. My contact info like my email and phone number are usually how people get a hold of me since I'm often out on the floor. I spend most of my time making sure the production lines are moving and the workers have what they need. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of heat and noise, especially during the middle of the day. I’ve been doing this for quite some time now. My desk is usually covered in schedules and logs. I don't really have time for fancy meetings. If there's a problem, we fix it right there on the spot. Ambattur is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the heat, but we are used to it. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to get the products made and shipped out on time. I talk to the staff every day, and we keep things pretty casual. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a straightforward life, and it keeps me busy from morning until evening almost every single day. There is always something new to handle.
