Proactive Projects

Proactive Projects is based in Agarkar Nagar in Pune. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been working from here for a while. Our focus is on managing different projects, mostly related to construction and development. Pune is growing so fast, so there’s always something happening around us. We spend a lot of time on site visits and meeting with contractors. It’s not a desk job where you sit still all day. There is always a phone call to make or a problem to solve at a building site. We deal with all the typical stuff like getting permits, checking the quality of the bricks, and making sure the laborers have what they need to keep moving. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns to mud. But that is just how it goes in this business. Our office in Agarkar Nagar is where we do the planning and keep all the files. It is a straightforward setup without any unnecessary luxury. We prefer to put our energy into the actual work rather than making the office look like a showroom. People in the neighborhood know us, and we try to keep things honest with everyone we work with. It's about getting the job finished without too much fuss. Sometimes things go smooth, sometimes they don't, but we stay on it until it's done.
