Private Consultancy

Our office, Private Consultancy, is in F 302 of the Rohan Garima building. We are located near the Shivaji Housing Society in Shivajinagar, Pune. This is a pretty central part of the city, so it’s easy for us to get around. The 411016 area has a lot of energy. Our space isn't huge. It’s a flat that we use for our consulting work. We have a few computers and a large table where we sit and talk through things. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. We like the fact that it feels a bit like a home. There are plants on the balcony and a small kitchen where we make coffee. Most of the time, it’s just a couple of us working quietly. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We’ve been in Shivajinagar for a while now and know the local rhythm. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but Rohan Garima stays fairly quiet. We don’t use a lot of jargon. We just sit down with whoever comes in and try to figure out their problems. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t wear ties or follow a strict dress code. We just focus on getting the right answers for the people we help. We usually keep some snacks around for when we are working through a long afternoon.
