Since we are in rural Bihar, our office isn't some high-rise building; it’s a practical space right in the heart of the community. Most of our work involves connecting local goods with the right people. Living and working in the same village means we see our neighbors every day and our reputation is built on those interactions. The pace of life here is steady. We follow the rhythm of the local post office and the market days. Sometimes the electricity is a bit spotty, so we do a lot of our writing and record-keeping by hand when we have to. It's a very hands-on type of marketing. We don't sit behind screens all day; we are out on the roads and in the shops. The journey via Naugachia can be a bit bumpy depending on the state of the roads, but that’s just part of the job. We have been here for years and have seen the village grow and change little by little. Our team is just a couple of local guys who know the land and the people. We keep things honest and straightforward because that’s the only way to do business in a place like this. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one. We just try to stay useful and keep the business moving through the hot summers and the long monsoon rains.
