We are based out in a village called Abhiabazar, which is near Naugachia in the Bhagalpur district of Bihar. It’s a rural setting, so our day-to-day life is a bit different than what you might find in a big city office. We get our mail through the local post at Abhiabazar. Being in this part of Bihar means we are closely tied to the local markets and the seasonal cycles of the area. Our office is simple, just a place to keep our records and manage the marketing side of things. The roads out here can be tough, especially when it rains heavily, but we manage to get around. We know the people in the village and the surrounding areas quite well. Marketing here is mostly about word of mouth and being a reliable part of the community. We don't use any big fancy slogans or flashy billboards. It’s more about being there when someone needs something and knowing the local trade. The air is better here than in Bhagalpur town, though it gets very dusty in the dry months. We spend a lot of time traveling between the different markets in the district. It’s a hardworking life, but we like being part of the local economy. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything running smoothly for the business. There’s always something to do, whether it’s paperwork or meeting with local suppliers. We keep our operations practical and down to earth.
