Prithvi Developer is located out in Pashan, specifically at the address 148/1/A//2/B/2. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, but once you’re near the National Institute of Virology, we are pretty easy to find. Working in development in this area means we spend a lot of time looking at land and thinking about how to use the space better. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place for us to meet and talk through the different stages of our projects. You’ll usually find a few of us here hunched over maps or talking to architects on the phone. The area around here is always changing, and we’ve been a part of that for a while now. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy brochures; we just focus on the actual building part of the job. It’s often dusty work, and our boots usually show it when we come back from a site visit. Being near the virology institute is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. The pace of work here varies. Sometimes it feels like we are waiting on a hundred different things, and then suddenly everything happens at once and we’re all rushing around. We just take it as it comes. It’s a local operation, and we like keeping it that way, staying close to the ground and knowing exactly what’s happening with every brick.
