Pristine Properties

We are located on Prabhat Road, specifically at 501/502/5. Pristine Properties deals with real estate around this part of town, which keeps us pretty busy most days. People come in looking for a place to stay or maybe a bit of land, and we try to help them find what fits. The office isn't too big, but it’s right where we need to be. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking to owners. Buying or selling property can be a real chore with all the rules and the back-and-forth, so we just try to keep things moving. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing with questions about prices or locations. We’ve seen Prabhat Road change quite a bit over the years, with new shops and more traffic than there used to be. It’s a nice area to work in, though. We aren't trying to do anything crazy; we just want to make sure people get the keys they are looking for without too much trouble. It involves a lot of walking around and checking out different sites to see what they actually look like compared to the photos. You learn a lot about the city when you’re constantly visiting different blocks and talking to different families about their homes. It is a long process, but it is just how the business works here.
