We are located over in Warje, specifically in Motiramnagar. If you are looking for us, we are at B2, Flat No. 23 on the 4th floor. Most people just use the Cipla Foundation as a landmark because everyone knows where that is. The stairs can be a bit much sometimes if the lift is acting up, but we've been here a while now. Pune weather stays okay mostly, though it gets dusty around here with all the new roads being built. We handle property stuff, mostly just keeping things moving for people around the neighborhood. It isn't a huge fancy office, just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet folks. My desk is near the window so I see the traffic on the main road. Sometimes it gets loud. We started this because we knew the area well. It's just a few of us working here. We drink a lot of tea while going through paperwork. The 4th floor gives us a decent view of the rooftops in Warje. It's a busy part of town but we like it. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a tie or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks and talking to the people who drop by. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated about how we run things. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around looking at sites. We aren't trying to be the biggest in Pune, just consistent.
