Our office is located at Flat No.4 in Mangalmurthi Park, which is on Sutar Hospital Road over in Kothrud, Pune. It’s a residential building, and we share the space under the care of Mangesh Punalkar and Archana Kadam. Being in a flat means it’s a pretty tight-knit environment for Primove Infrastructure Development Consultants Pvt.Ltd. We don’t have a lot of room for extra stuff, so we keep only what we need. Pune is a great city, and Kothrud is a busy spot, but our little corner is relatively quiet. We spend most of our time looking at consulting papers and talking to clients. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to open the door. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the details of various infrastructure plans. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind much. It’s a comfortable place to work. We like being near the hospital road because it’s easy for people to find us. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small group of consultants working out of a flat in Pune-38. That’s the reality of it.
