Prime Reality

Prime Reality is run out of Flat No. 17 in the Varad Co-Op Housing Society. We are located in Wadgaon Bk., right off Sinhgad Road here in Pune. The business is handled by Mrs. Chaitrali Abhiram Shivade, care of Mr. Virraj Devale. It’s a home-based setup in a residential society, so it feels very personal and local. We don't have a big storefront on the main road, but people in Wadgaon know where to find us. Dealing with reality and property in this part of Pune keeps us busy. Sinhgad Road is always full of life and traffic, but inside the society, it’s a bit calmer. We handle various property matters for people in the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us working through the details of different deals and paperwork. We don’t have a big corporate team or a marketing department. It’s just honest, local work. Sometimes we’re out meeting people at different sites, and other times we’re just here in the flat getting things organized. We’ve been part of this community for a while and like the way things work here. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it allows us to give people our full attention without all the distractions of a big office. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful to anyone who calls or stops by. It might not be a fancy office, but it works for us and our clients.
