Prime Realities

You can find us at Prime Realities, located at 759/126A, 8 Sunderban Apartment. We’re right on Prabhat Road in Pune, which is a pretty well-known spot near Kelkar Hospital. Being in Maharashtra, especially in a city like Pune, means there’s always something happening with real estate. We’ve been operating out of this apartment building for quite some time. It’s a nice area, a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we appreciate. We spend our time helping people find places to live or work. It’s not always easy because people are very picky about where they want to be, but we try to find something that fits. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of agents. It’s a smaller operation where we know the streets of Pune like the back of our hand. Prabhat Road has its own character, and we’re glad to be a part of it. Most of our work is just talking to people and showing them around different properties. Sometimes the market is up and sometimes it’s down, but we just keep showing up at the office and doing the work. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show the place, tell you what we know, and let you decide. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been at Sunderban Apt for years and know all our neighbors. It’s a good place to run a small business like ours.
