Pride Purple Properties

Pride Purple Properties is situated right near the Wakad Over Bridge. We are directly in front of the Municipal School in Wakad. It’s a very busy spot, especially in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are coming and going. You can hear the school bells and the shouting from the playground all day, which keeps things lively. Our office is a simple place where we manage various property matters. We’ve got a couple of desks, some mismatched chairs, and a map of Pune pinned to the wall that’s started to curl at the edges. Being in Wakad is great because everything is so close by, though the traffic near the bridge can be a real headache during rush hour. We spend a lot of time talking to parents from the school who stop by with questions or just local residents looking for information. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We keep the door open to catch the breeze, even if it brings in a bit of dust from the road. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. It’s an honest place to work, and we like being part of the noise and bustle of the Wakad community.
