Pride Properties Management Services

Our office is in Gire Chambers on the first floor. Tilak Road is always loud, so we usually keep the windows shut to get anything done. It’s right near Hirab Chowk in Shukrawar Peth, which is a part of Pune that everyone knows. We have been Pride Properties Management Services for a good while now. Most days it’s just us sitting around the desks dealing with phone calls and checking on the buildings we look after. The elevator in this building is a bit old and sometimes it makes a funny noise, so a lot of us just take the stairs instead. It’s quicker anyway. There’s a tea stall just down the street where we get our morning chai. It’s nothing fancy here. We’ve got some files stacked up and a couple of computers that aren't the newest, but they work fine for what we need. People come in to talk about their flats or rents, and we try to get the paperwork sorted without too much fuss. Shukrawar Peth has that old city feel to it, where everyone is kind of packed in, but you get used to the rhythm of it. On rainy days, the water pools up a bit near the entrance, so you have to watch your step. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. It’s a job like any other, and we like being in this part of town despite the parking being a total nightmare most days.
