Pride Housing & Construction Pvt. Ltd is situated at 19/8 Hingne Home Colony in Karvenagar, Pune 411 052. We are pretty close to the Shree Mitra Mandal, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Our team has been working out of this office for a while now. We handle both the housing side and the actual construction of buildings. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we’ve got a system that works for us. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers everywhere and a lot of maps on the walls. We like it that way because it shows we’re actually working. We don't believe in using fancy words or making things sound more complicated than they are. Building a house or finding an apartment is a big deal for most people, so we try to keep things grounded. We’ve seen Karvenagar change a lot over the years, and we’ve been part of some of those changes. Most of our work comes from people who live in the colony or nearby who have seen what we do. We don't spend much on ads. We just try to do a decent job so that people don't have anything to complain about.
